Audi Q5 Sportback has been unveiled. It is a crossover SUV, given a sporty look. Explain that this is the company’s third crossover utility vehicle (CUV) after Audi e-tron Sportback and Q3 Sportback, in which customers will get a better riding experience.
Speaking of the look, it has been given a sporty and aggressive design. It has large air inlets and octagonal single frame grille Hannicomb design. It offers an option of Matrix LED technology with LED drills. Its shodler line bends towards the rear tail light. The Audi Q5 Sportback will be built at the company’s San Jose Chiapa plant in Mexico. The car will be available for sale in the first half of 2021 in the international market.
Dimension and space
The Q5 Sportback is 7 millimeters longer than the regular Q5. It gives boot space of 510 liters, but if the seats of the second row are folded, then it gets 1000 liters of space. It provides high ground clearance. The company can increase its ground clearance to 45 millimeters.
In the interior of the new Q5 Sportback, you will see a main infotainment screen with updated MMI technology. It will have a 12.3-inch screen with a head-up display (HUD), in which customers will be able to access information related to traffic and navigation. It will also get a 10.1-inch touch display.
The Q5 will launch in Europe with a 2-liter, 4-cylinder diesel engine, which will generate a maximum power of 198 bhp and peak torque of 400 Nm. It will be powered by a 7-speed S tronic dual-culture transmission unit with Qiattro Ultra technology. To increase the efficiency of the car, a mild hybrid system has also been given in it.
Additionally, it will also get a V6 TDI and two 2.0-liter TFSI engines. This SUV will also have the option of plug-in hybrid.
