Every day new information is coming out about the corona virus that has spread all over the world. Researchers have also made several major revelations about the virus. In addition, research by Australia’s National Science Agency now claims that the corona virus can live up to 28 days on a mobile screen. The researchers tested the existence of the corona virus in the dark at three different temperatures. Which proves that the corona virus is less likely to survive if the temperature rises too high.
During the research, the scientists found that the corona virus became more capable on the smooth surface of the mobile screen at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit). He also claimed that corona virus can live on glass, steel, plastic and banknotes for 28 days. At the same time, their life expectancy has been reduced from 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit) to seven days. At 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit), the corona virus can survive only 24 hours.
Researchers also say that the corona virus can survive for up to 14 days at the lowest temperatures on the surface of pores, such as cotton. The virus can survive up to 16 hours at high temperatures. Trevor Drive, director of the Australian Center for Disease Preparedness, said the research involved testing samples of the virus on a variety of materials prior to testing. In the meantime, using a hypersensitive system, it was found that parts of the live virus were capable of infecting.
According to Trevor Drive, if a person is careless about these materials and touches them to the mouth, eyes or nose, he or she can become infected with the corona virus. Therefore, the corona infection is more prevalent from the surface. Previous research has shown that the corona virus is transmitted through fine particles of saliva through coughing, sneezing or speaking.
