Volkswagen launches sporty look and advanced features equipped with Polo and Vento red and white edition models!!

Volkswagen has launched the Red and White Edition of Polo and Vento. The company has high expectations from these two new models launched in view of the festive season. Launched at a price of Rs 9.20 lakh, the special edition hatchback is based on the Polo Highline Plus AT trim while the Limited Edition Vento mid-side sedan is based on the Highline AT trim priced at Rs 11.49 lakh. 1. Volkswagen Polo Red and White Special Edition Features and Engine Details

The new Polo variant is available in Candy White, Sunset Red and Flash Red color schemes. Candy White, Sunset Red color variant gets black-out roof, spoiler and wing mirrors, while these elements are painted in white color in Flash Red. Apart from this, the ‘Red & White’ badging on the front fenders and the decals on the doors give the package a great look.

The Limited-Edition variant hatchback based on the Polo Highline Plus AT will get a similar drivetrain and feature list. It is powered by a 1.0-liter, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that generates 110 horsepower, paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

Talking about the equipment list, it includes 16 inch alloy wheels, leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, Apple CarPlay with 6.5 inch touchscreen infotainment system and Android Auto, automatic air conditioning, cruise control, rain-casing wiper, auto-dimming inside rear Features such as view mirrors, fog lamps, dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS, ESC and hill-start assist.

The Polo Red and White Special Edition costs the same as the Highline Plus AT variant. However, its price is less than the Polo GT TSI AT by Rs 47,000.

2. Volkswagen Vento Red and White Special Edition features and engine details

The Vento Red and White Special Edition showcases style elements similar to the Polo. However, there will be no flash red color option in it.

Also included is Volkswagen’s new 110-horsepower 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine paired with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.

However, the Limited variant of the mid-size sedan is based on the second-top Vento Highline AT trim, and as a result it features some of the top-spec variants such as LED headlamps, DRLs, 16-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery, rear parking camera and Side airbags are not available.

Still, it has 15 inch alloy wheels, leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, 6.5 inch touchscreen infotainment system, smartphone connectivity, cruise control, rain-sensing wipers, auto climate control, rear-view mirror with auto-dimming, fog lamps , Features such as dual front airbags, ABS and rear parking sensors are available.

The company has priced the Special Edition Vento at Rs 11.49 lakh, which is about Rs 70,000 less than the price of the Highline AT trim.
