Apart from this, OnePlus account has got another achievement this year. In the year 2019, OnePlus has emerged as the only brand in the Indian premium smartphone market to sell 2 million phones. No other brand has achieved this feat before.

The addition of Ultra-Premium to OnePlus’s portfolio has increased a tremendous 25 percent in 2019, compared to just 2 percent in 2018.

Karan Chauhan, research analyst at Counterpoint, says one of the reasons for the increase in OnePlus sales is the brand’s retail expansion in India. OnePlus has recently partnered with well-known retail distributors, as well as opening OnePlus Experience Centers as an innovation. Due to this the brand has achieved remarkable sales figures. Also, product innovation with effective price has also led to increase in brand sales. Also, due to the smartphone’s appreciation from one user to another, the brand has achieved the feat of reaching 5 million smartphones in India.
